The Finance Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 42 "An Act                    
relating to municipal taxation of alcoholic beverages; and providing           
for an effective date" and recommended the Community and                       
Regional Affairs Committee Substitute offered on page 706 be                   
adopted.  Signing do pass:  Senators Frank, Pearce, Cochairs,
